Mount Martha Rotary members attended Quinn's Place in Mornington to cook dinner for the young people and volunteer supervisors. Such an amazing place in a world where young people need positive things to channel their energy into.
Thank Linden's Fresh at Benton's Square for the donation of burgers and both Woolworths at Mornington and Benton's Square for vouchers - which helped cover the cost of food. The volunteers headed up by Monique Story do such an inspiring job to create a safe space for our young people.
Some quotes from the night; “This really is community service at grass roots level.” “Rotary changes lives - young people can be empowered and given agency, when we believe in them!" … and “we should do this again before Christmas!”
