From President Anne

Last Saturday I joined a zoom meeting with our new community group which includes all the clubs on the Peninsula plus Cranbourne.

We talked about how important the role of Rotary Community Leaders would be and agreed our present cluster has been working well under the leadership of District Assistant Governor Peter Rawlings.

Each Regional Community Group will create it’s own plan and look at how clubs want and need to develop.

There will be much more to consider with this topic as we look at what we want to work on together and what sort of support is needed

The election of the new Rotary Community Leader will be in March/April. Do you know someone who would suit this role?
You can find out more on the website Creating Tomorrow Rotary.    https://creatingtomorrowrotary.org/

We have some wonderful champions in our club and ask is there something that you are passionate about? How can the club assist you?

Next Monday 18th March we are hearing from Mick Simmons from the Mental Health Safety Net and we look forward to seeing how his organisation is progressing!

And please RSVP for our 50th Anniversary celebration on Sunday 21st April, see below for details.

There is NO MEETING this Monday due to the Public Holiday.
